We welcome you and we will explain how the activities, sessions and days that are prepared will go. We will make a brief explanation for any doubts that may arise.

The business reality seen from surprising and revealing angles: three authors and speakers have decided to get together in order to create a new concept in the world of conferences.
SpeakTacular is an innovative, surprising, daring and motivating conference format that deals with professional competencies. With a note of parody, they will make the public think about aspects like motivation, leadership, teamwork, divergent thinking or change.
Three first line speakers: Albert Bosch, «the adventurer»; Joan Planes «the boss»; and Salva López «the rockstar», all three involving the audience and making them reflect.
It is not a CONFERENCE; it is an EXPERIENCE full of surprises that we can not reveal…

11.30 Group Dynamics
Theory is necessary, but practice is essential to build the knowledge developed in SpeakTacular. Learning theory and practice through the participatory learning experience Group dynamics are interaction processes between people through fictitious situations planned with specific and focused objectives.
Now «the adventurer», «the boss» and «the rockstar» will take us to a team training session on leadership and motivational skills, confronting changes, risks and teamwork with the necessary motivation.

– THE CHANGE PATH –
Through an interactive exercise of formal simplicity, but of high analytical complexity, fun and involving a great collaboration, the participants are led through the dynamics that are created in a team when they have to face change, and which lead them to overcome the challenges ahead. In the post-workshop discussion will also work on key communication aspects in times of change, giving key inputs in the skills involved.

If we always ask ourselves the same questions, we will always get the same answers. To break this vicious circle, participants will be introduced to a creative methodology that works to find new questions, because a good question takes us on a journey and sets in motion our creative-cognitive mechanism.

–MANAGEMENT IN UNCERTAINTY –
Participants will live an uncertain and complex adventure, and through this will reflect on the key factors to take into account to lead teams in volatile, uncertain and highly changing environments. You will see that the experience is good to know how things have been done until now, but in today’s world it is required to combine experience with new capabilities and a willingness to innovate to see and act in the coming world.

15.45h Leisure visit to FCB
Before continuing with more topics, we will make a leisure visit of this 2019 edition to the Futbol Club Barcelona facilities. We will visit the museum, the area dedicated to Leo Messi, the five European Cups, interacting with the Club´s history. We will go to the press room and to the mixed zone, where the coach and players attend the press. We will enter the visiting team dress room, we will go to the field through the tunnel where the players use on match day and we will sit on the bench waiting for the line-up.

10.10h Workshop. Group Work
Workshops will be directed with the aim of guessing among the components of these, what are the concerns and problems that have to be faced in the day to day of your company.
Through typical resources of innovation, such as the Design Thinking, we will detect the true problems sources to solve them (Insights) and then we will look for practical solutions assent in the panorama of pest control. At the time, we will acquire new knowledge, techniques and work skills that will allow us to repeat the process in our company, with our people, whenever we want to solve situations or look for new ways of working, new forms, different visions and methods.
